- You can leave your gift message(10 characters Limit) put on the Label of Box, it's dispatched from the factory to the delivery location by the Parcel service.

- All Cookie & Brownie are produced after receiving orders by hand made, so if there are rushed orders, they are shipped sequentially. Usually, it takes 2~5 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, Monday, holiday, the day after a holiday) after ordering, but if the order has rushed, it will be dispatched sequentially. 

- Do not refrigerate, keep frozen (under -18 degrees Celsius) and defrost at room temperature before eating. 

- If you place an order for the Cookie & Brownie from this category, along with a flower item, please be advised that the delivery of the Cookie & Brownie and flower will be made separately to the recipient.

-In the case of mountainous areas and Island area (including Jeju), additional shipping charges (depending on the area) are incurred, please contact us before ordering.

-Separately designated delivery (receipt date, pick up time) is not possible by courier delivery. (Pre-order delivery is not possible).
Exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not possible even if the delivery is not delivered within the requested time.
Delivery after ordering takes 2-5 days. (Excluding Sundays, Mondays, public holidays, and the day after public holidays)

-In order to maintain the freshness of the product, we do not ship the product one day before Saturday and public holidays. Please provide your shipping information correctly.

-In the case of return due to incorrect address and contact information, absence of recipient, rejection of receipt, or loss of contact, exchange or refund may be
