Delivery takes 3 ~ 4 days after ordering (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and the day after public holidays), and on Saturdays, delivery is not possible for companies or offices.
Order cancellation is not possible after work has started due to the nature of the food.
- This product is not able to your gift message put on the card, it's dispatched from the factory to the delivery location by the Parcel service. Just under 50 characters gift message on the label of the box.
- Unfortunately, we cannot make deliveries to certain remote areas, including mountain and island towns.
- If you place an order along with other item, please be advised that delivery of this item and other item will be made separately to the recipient.
