You can select your favorite items from the options available for your loved one in Korea.

- You can leave your gift message(20 characters Limit) put on the label of box, it's dispatched from the factory to the delivery location by the Parcel service.

- Unfortunately, we cannot make deliveries to certain remote areas, including mountain and island towns.

- All rice cakes are produced after receiving orders by hand made, so if there are rushed orders, they are shipped sequentially. Usually, it takes 3~5 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, Monday, holiday, the day after a holiday) after ordering, but if the order is delayed, it will be dispatched sequentially. 

- If you place an order for a rice cake from this category, along with a flower item, please be advised that the delivery of the cake and flower will be made separately to the recipient. 

- Shipping Notice
Returns due to unclear address, unclear contact information (lost contact), or rejection of receipt are non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. TheThe 
returned product will be completely discarded for resale due to the food relations law.
It is not possible to change the delivery address and contact information of the product that has been shipped.

Asyou know, Courier cannot specify the exact date or time of arrival.
During holidays such as Seolnal(Lunar New Year's Day) and Chuseok, they arrive within 1 to 3 days after dispatched. Delivery tracking is possible through the Lotte Global Logistics Tracking System.
