- For Cake only products delivery, It may take up to 2~3 days(excluding Sunday, Monday, Holiday, Holiday +1 day) for the dispatch to be completed, depending on the recipient's correct delivery address. We cannot guarantee the arrival time by the parcel service. Our cut-off time is 2:00 PM (KST) for Next day delivery. For Saturday delivery cut-off time is 10:am(KST), Friday. For Monday and Sunday delivery is not available by courier service off. When you order during Saturday/Sunday, your cake will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

- We was wondering If the recipient needs to be polite, we politely recommend that you send pies or deliver cakes and flowers by messenger.
As you know, the product may be pushed or the topping may run out during transportation due to the courier service.
Also, the recipient has friendly of the gift voucher then you can send from Bakery & Donuts categories products for Safe delivery.

- Unfortunately, we cannot make deliveries to certain remote areas, including mountain and island towns.
